Yes, partly: You need the most recent AqBanking versions (most recently 
released: AqBanking 3.4.1). I have a working setup for HBCI 3.0 using 
PIN/TAN with Dresdner Bank, but currently only transaction statements 
and account balances are working. Money transfers still cause a segfault 
in the latest Subversion snapshot. But I assume this will be fixed soon.
