Please read the aqbanking-handbook, especially the chapter about upgrading from AqBanking2 to AqBanking3. In short: Since I was forced to switch from OpenSSL to GnuTLS/GCrypt I can no longer use the OpenSSL-specific function for deriving a key from a passphrase. So we can't directly read keyfiles which rely on this function (see above: "Old keyfile detected"). So you'll have to convert your old keyfile to have AqBanking3 read it.
