Exactly this corner case is the reason I decided to have a separate
package libaqbanking-plugins-libgwenhywfar47 for Debian, which contains
all files from directory /usr/lib/gwenhywfar/plugins/47/dbio/. This
allows the use of those plugins by both AqBanking versions in parallel,
even if the package libaqbanking-plugins-libgwenhywfar47 is newer than
the AqBanking library actually being used.

Maybe this is a solution for your problem which you can use for fink too...
