No, Michael, you didn't miss anything important, except for people that
insist on being precise. It is that you were off by just a hair. 1 inch =
25.4 mm. (Of course, since most Americans don't have the slightest
understanding of the metric system, it wouldn't have made a bit of difference
to them what you said.)
