I've just installed arachne to demonstrate it at the college where I work.
Setting the preferences I found the mouse pointer reacted so slowly I could
hardly use the mouse at all. It seems to be related to longer pages
(personal preferences, which is a long scroll, was a problem, but in
pages with no scrolling at all the mouse worked perfectly). I tried
different settings for visual screens and memory but to no effect.
Any idea where it can come from and what I can do about it? The computer
is a fast laptop and I run arachne from win 95, offline (for now).
