You're in need of the specific EMS memory manager that had been
distributed with your expansion card/motherboard chips. Otherwise
there's no chance to use those extra 2MB - that's the wicked thing
about installing real EMS (meaning: not a selectable EMS/XMS-Card
like mine) expansion cards into old computers...

But perhaps you already got this memory manager somewhere, on a
floppy or even on the harddisk. Then the installation is quite simple,
like adding HIMEM.SYS to your "config.sys".
