Hi Guenter, Clarence, and Glenn

who suggested that turning off AutoDial in the arachne.cfg
file would take care of the recurring dialing when clicking
on Hotlist URLs **OFFLINE**.

In Arachne 15b2, I had Useterm=Yes and Autodial=Yes. If I
clicked on a Hotlist URL while offline, I got the old skull
and crossbones (no network interface avail) unless the page
was still in the cache directory.

In Arachne 16b1, I have Useterm=yes and, upon your suggestion,
Autodial=No. If I click on a Hotlist URL while offline, the
program dials for me BUT instead of entering the login and
password as it did before, I must enter it manually, and
after the PPP connection is established, I must still hit F7.

So, the problem (to me it's not a feature) persists and
Autodial=yes/no is behaving as one would expect it to.
