I'm confused. That is NOT what I would expect.
If Useterm yes (no equal sign) and Autodial yes (no equal sign), then I would
expect your result. i.e. manual login.
If Useterm no and Autodial yes then I would expect it to be fully automatic.
If Useterm yes OR no and Autodial no, then I would expect it NOT to dial.
