Re: overlapping text found at http://www.openbox.com

I also use 640x480 and found it quite a hoot to find the overlapping text
problem when downloading M$IE3 from Bill's place -- using M$IE3 which
I'd earlier obtained, without the overlaps, using NN3. (I was returning for a
different package of M$IE3.) National Semiconductor's site had a similar
problem, but I never got to the root of it.

I found Arachne 1.50 to be more pernickety about tables than 1.48, so
now I write a sort of XML and make sure I use </p> and </td></tr> tags
within tables. I've heard that a lot of the bloat in current Windows browsers
is to overcome sloppy HTML.

Still learning after all these years,

Jake
