Hmmmm ... I thought the 'iron curtain' fell down *before* Arachne got
released.  Guess the Russians are still saying they invented everything
and outsiders are wrong in claiming it is their work. <MG>

But, it's hard to tell some software apart.  If you look at parts of
Bobcat they look surprisingly like Arachne.  It could be that once a
methodology is developed and works, others are going to attempt to
follow the same proven approach.
