The kassoc page is pretty much out of date; some of the links on it are,
however, valid.  Hal91 single diskette Linux is apparently dead, with
last mirror no longer there and no one taking up author on taking over
development.  It's almost like visiting an "old folx home" where each
door you open you're not sure if you'll see the person dead or alive.
