Hello Folks: Sorry to report this, but http://www.webbox.com is only for bloatware clients, as far as file uploads are concerned. I don't know about file downloads. Haven't tried it with Arachne. When I attempted to upload a file to my public webbox I read a message at the upload site that reads as follows: "To upload a file you must have a browser that supports HTML uploading (RFC 1867). Netscape 2.x or later and Internet Explorer 4.x or later support this." The site will provide Arachne users with some kind of free web-based email service. It does in fact work; however, there is a minor bug in the service in that it inserts a little bit of garbage data into the "FROM:" line.
