It converts pdf to straight ascii.
My pdf_view.bat calls a filepicker to get the pdf filename, then
pdftotex with the output file on my ramdrive, then List (LOVE that
program) to view it, then deletes the file and back to my menu.
I'm afraid I don't even know what a .tex file is. :(
