T is the type. (Sorry I odn't know what the diffrent types are - a list
appeared on the SURVPC list a while back).
H is the High DMA channel
P is the midi Port
my settings are:
a220 i7 d1 h5 p330 t6
(I would like to have irq 5 but with that setting Win95 wouldn't work well
with my NIC which tried to install itself on irq 10 - don't ask me why it
didn't work).

But one still needs to know what type it is.
I recomend that one goes to:
http://www.creative.com/support/files/download.asp
and download the things that are needed (luckily I'll need to log off the
Net - otherwise I would probably download a bunch of the utilites from
creative and never use them <g>)
