In MIME.CFG, which takes priority--the data type as reported by the server,
or the file extension? Is there any way to override the data type for a
given extension?

I have used Arachne to obtain some Linux software from the web. For whatever
reason, the server is reporting a content type of "text/plain". Therefore
Arachne tries to display the file as though it was a text file.

I can then press F2 and save it in the usual way, but I'd rather just get
the pop-up that offers to save it or view it as text or look for an APM.

The files have long names ending in ".tgz".
