Does NETMASK 0.0.0.0 screw Arachne?  Some DOS Internet programs, such as
UKA_PPP, prefer it that way.  Bluegrass Net sets my NETMASK environment variable
to 224.0.0.0 or 255.255.0.0, but there is a line, netmask = 0.0.0.0, in
UKA_PPP's WATTCP.CFG.
