don't you mean iso-8859-1? at least that's what the header says :)

i have a feeling that encoding should be 8bit ... however, i looked at
some messages i had sent with arachne - they were iso-8859-1, 7bit and i
could see the �'s, �'s and �'s (that's ä ö ü), but i don't
see the spanish ones :( ... strange
