CWSDPMI

I think I have encoutered some problem with PNG2BMP when CWSDPMI was not
loaded first - but the problems were quite random. Can anyone test
modified MIME.CFG ?

I will include 32bit DJPEG to Arachne 1.60 beta 2; alternative package 
will be Arachne with 16bit DJPEG, no PNG2BMP and no Hicolor modes support
for older PCs.
