I am using DOS with freewwweb (U.S.A. and Canada). I signed up with
TCI: Freewwweb 4 Linux at http://www.teledyn.com/products/FreeWWW/ .
Standard PPP account. Clear instructions and nothing to download.
The only problem is that you have to use a secure browser (https) to
register. I used Lynx with SSL from the shell account at my non-free
ISP.
