I have looked. There is a whole collection of different MIDI patches,
including the GUS patches that have been referred to before.
I have had a listen to the first one on that page, the EMU_2MB_BANK, and
it sounds rubbishy on my machine.
I haven't downloaded any of the others yet - net connections are slow
here and we pay by the minute - so if anyone finds which one is really good,
please post it.
(NOTE: I did download the full GUS patches, ALL 8 x 1 MEGS OF THEM, some
time ago, only to find that only one of the 1 Mb ARJ's was un-corrupted.
I won't do that again in a hurry ! ) :(
