Please, send me those arachne.pck files generated by new setup which DOES
NOT work for you, and also send me those which work.
It sounds impossible to me. I can test only the first choice (driver
name "VESA"), but other names are generated using the same method !!!
For me, VESA works in all resolutions - from 640x480x256 to
1024x768xHicolor. I just tested it !
Are you sure you are testing _1.60 beta 2_ release ? Does it really
reports this version number when you exit Arachne ? Because I have
just tested it, and it really creates correct driver name strings in
arachne.pck and it _saves position in visted_ pages - really!
