Dale,

How much memory do you have, and are you set up to always use temp when
possible and did you select XMS? I know not all of it may apply but
gotta start somewhere.

I have 136K memory off-line when just reading, 115K when using the built
in editor to write this.

I have three profiles I've been switching back and forth to in last
couple of versions. I'd been doing all my editing outside Arachne, so
today after reading your message I backed up one of the acf files,
selected it, modified it, went to "D"ial screen, clicked blue "Profiles"
and selected "save as .." No problems whatsoever.

xSwap problems under other conditions, yes ... but not in saving
modified acf files.
