I downloaded the archive from simtelnet, and replaced cwsdpmi.exe
in my c:\arachne directory with the cwsdpmi.exe provided.
I am not sure what it does, in simple terms.
Also, is it supposed to allow Arachne to use
8KB less memory? I really cannot tell, as my DOS memory (KB) is
the same in Arachne 1.60, at 124 KB.
