Then you must have something configured wrong. The configuration wizard
will write to your HD and perform some loops. If this isn't done fast
enough your computer isn't recognized as beeing fast (since it isn't).
Perhaps you have forgot to load SmartDrv? And running it in W9x can of
course be a reason why it's slow.
