It depends WHERE you want to run your scripts.
You need a webserver in order to use CGI, and DOS is the worst OS for that
... (singletasking ...)
BTW ANY program can be a CGI script.
Even a basic or modula program :)

You mean DGI.
This is IMHO an Arachne specific extension, which calls an executable.
(so there's no script, it's only an interface, which calls an EXE/COM/BAT
file IMHO)
But I'm sure that there are many people here, knowing better than I :)
