I haven't seen any cgi scripts for DOS made by Michael, you are mixing cgi
and dgi. Besides the cgi scripts he do write for the server are made in C
(and uses his cgi.h) Perl isn't required (but probably most common).

See mime.cfg and dgi.txt (didn't I recently tell you to read all the .cfg
