My Daughter has been growling at me for months, because she couldn't
access her Rocket Mail [which is now Yahoo Mail] from my system. And
when it came to going to library to access the i'net computers there,
she had to wait until "study hours" were over ... and the library system
has ALL outgoing messages blocked so she couldn't send mail or reply.

As I have done with each new version of Arachne, today we went to her
RocketMail account to see if she could sign in.

Not only was she able to sign in to RocketMail, the necessary scripts to
transfer the account over to the new Yahoo holding company all ran with
NO problems. And she was able to read her 0 pieces of mail, after we
deleted the 277 UCE/UBE messages that had gotten past MS's new BULK MAIL
screening program. Bulk mail had 88 pieces which were also quickly
deleted.

So now we know that Yahoo has taken away any and all access requirements
dependent upon MicroSoft Whatever software.

Do you think, just *maybe*, they saw the axe ready to fall in the hands
of the Feds? Nah ... has to be coincidence since no one at MS has
learned anything new in at least 5 years. <G>
