Every mailing list that I'm aware of (except Arachne), prohibits binary
attachments all-together.
If a particular member insists upon continuing the practice... that
member is removed from the list.
Text attachments are perfectly acceptable.

Since arachne-development will sometimes remain silent for several
months..... it's doesn't need to go to digest format.
It's only been generating 5 to 10 messages per week due to the recent
Linux "break-through".<g>

HTP is just the html "template" that will be used for a particular fuction.
(reply.htp, resend.htp.... etc...etc)
DGI is easy. It's just like batch file programming.<g>

Yes we can.... just place the cursor on that line and press Cntrl+C
Then place the cursor in the body of your message and press Cntrl+V
