No ... 1 is enough.

The 2. is only used, when the 1. is inaccessable. (so it is generally a
good idea to specify a 2. nameserver, but it is not mandatory)
IMHO EPPPD should be able to retrieve the numbers via PPP handshake. (PAP
or CHAP)

I will translate ... use them ... :)
(they mean that if you hardcode them into arachne [instead of getting them
each time by PPP handshake] and the numbers change [which will _NOT_
happen] than you have a problem)

It gets them each time when you log in. (automatically via PPP ... maybe
