Sam,
I Dunno on that one. Unless they aren't whole women yet and feel they
must artifically sheathe their legs to catch the attention of males?
I like California. They passed a law which made it illegal for any
employer to require women employees to wear skirts, nylons, or high
heeled shoes. <g> It may still be legal, however, to require MEN to
wear skirts, hosiery, and high heeled shoes. <BG>
The last hose [for legs type] I used was on the dryer hose to keep the
lint from filling the house while diverting the heat to the interior
during the winter.
