No diffrence, I don't think the APM was installed in your case. (You might
have downloaded the APM but not installed it).

This happens at times for me as well (with 1.60b1 as well - I never used b2
much). At times it happens when I enter the site (heck even
http://arachne.cz/ behaved that way to me once).
