Yossi Gil's font collection is in:
....simtelnet/msdos/screen/fntcol16.zip

His utilities, including loadfont, is in:
....simtelnet/msdos/screen/fntutl15.zip

....simtelnet/msdos/vga/fpman220.zip includes a font loader and
a font editor.

You can change the number of screen lines by loading a different
height font. A 16 height font gives 25 lines, a 14 height font
gives 28 lines, and an 8 height font gives 50 lines.
