Hello Ken:

I suggest you run a copyrighted DOS freeware program named SV.EXE (SV stands
for "save video" or "set video" or some such.  It will provide you with 43
lines.  If you don't know where you can download this program, just ask for it
and I'll send it to you.  9435 bytes, unzipped.
