No need...IF you can use Arachne from a DOS box in Windows95 :
I've not tried this straight from DOS but it *might* work
>Not only file and directory names

Yes: Arachne v161 has VFAT support in a DOS window
- I've tried this myself to check my web pages were arachne compatible.
VFAT refers to the filesystem suport, FAT32 -this is also implemented in
Linux ( /etc/fstab can have a filesystem type 'Vfat' - Win95/98 compatible
read & write, long filename support).
anyway, get arachne 1.61 & use the wizard, or set VFAT= Yes in arachne.cfg
... it looks like this:
[auto-added]
VFAT Yes
UseKeyMap No
ExpireStatic 86400
ExpireDynamic 3600
MinDiskSpace 128
Kill468x60 No
PS - anybody care to Beta test my website - check if it is still OK with
arachne? Hasn't crashed mine so far, but I made a few changes recently. If
you have time on your hands, please drop by & let me know of any comments -
I have a short review on Arachne 1.61, some dos games etc. Thanks.
