I don't think the problem is with 'cfm' per se. The problem I found
with the site is simply that the server can't provide the file that it's
supposed to find: main.cfm
When I clicked over to "contact us" the frame downloaded just fine and I
was able to e-mail webmaster telling him/her that the server was unable
to find, or refusing to send, main.cfm
