Dear Experts,

   Please could someone comment on this problem:

   I've been using Arachne V1.61 quite successfully now for a few weeks
with Onetel.net (1 penny per minute at all times and no subscription).
It has all worked quite well until this last weekend.

   What happens now is that Arachne dials and after the customary few
seconds' wait, the 'Installed at 0060' message briefly flashes up as
normal. The on-line timer starts ticking away. BUT... no matter what URL
I type in, the status line just sits there at 'Type in URL and press
enter'. If I press enter twice quickly, I get the 'cannot
locate....check your setup'. This happens for EVERY address that I try,
ones that I know to work and have used many times: for example,
www.google.com. Mail send and receive refuse to work, too.

   The big question is: Why? I haven't changed anything. I have an
e-mail address for the so-called 'technical support' at Onetel, but what
sort of question should I ask in order to get any sensible or useful
response?

   I have connection via another ISP and that still works the same as
before, so I doubt whether Arachne is at fault - is she???

   I've undeleted PPP.LOG & IP-UP.BAT after these Onetel failures and
this is what they say:
