Hi LD;
You should always design for 640x480. It is the ONLY standard. IMO.
Pages designed for that format should look fine in any other.

You have an img with a defined width of 700.
Please reduce it to 600 or make it a percentage if that is legal.
In Netscape, when viewed with the DEFAULT background the text is white
on WHITE in both NS2.02 and NS3.04.
