Dear Bernie:
I got frustrated with my old mouse drivers and the memory problems
and headed for your web page. My download worked great and I have now
installed Cute Mouse driver you reworked. Maybe it's not perfect for
everybody or we should try to give a little credit to Mr. Daniels if
Michael decides to use it.
I have a PS/2 mouse with standard {old-style] IRQ setting and a
Logitech 2-button mouse. Thanks for the post on "forcing" or using
Logitech mode with Cute Mouse. Someone said something about an IMOUSE
created by one of the members. I would like to try this too if someone
could e-mail me the file. I am O.K. if not. I think that my main
concern is what I have that is limited by hardware {8 megs with 640k}
and what could be improved by software {if such is possible}. I plan
eventually to build a new PC.
To those I sent duplicate messages to, I apologize. I am a little
new with Insight and Arachne and unfortunately deleted a few "not
neccessary" files from my install. I think I got "Autologin" option to
work {sort of} and am going to try using it for a while rather than
BOOTP. It needs more work. Sorry to take up so much of your time.
I guess some of the new users like me need to "drop out" to take care of
personal business for a while and then come back later to devote mental
energy to this. To everyone: yes, I live in Washington state not
Austria {or is that Australia?
