IE3 doesn't support http upload, unless it was added in the .03 of
it... No-one really uses anything less than IE4 these days anyway -
in the MS range of browers that is.
NS2 does support it however. :-) So Arachne should be able to by
the time Arachne II comes out. ;-)
BTW, IE5 (W95) on a 486DX2 is surprisingly fast, even faster than
NS3 (W95). But I think it uses a tad more RAM.
