I think DJPEG32 isn't working on your machine because of CWSDPMI 
requirements. As I recall, you need to strip off the NOEMS 
parameter of EMM386. In "Config.sys" the line


DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE NOEMS

should be

DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE

i have always thought that this was only QEMM's problem...
