Not the case. I use QEMM with Arachne, and always specify NOEMS.
I would never THINK of giving away 64k to an unused page frame.
CWSDPMI.exe must be working fine on this box cuz DJPEG32 works.
I don't use QDPMI. And I KNOW it doesn't install by default as
I had to ADD CWSDPMI to make DLPEG32 work.
