I have downloaded and installed v. 1.62 of Arachne. The
installation process worked fine, as usual. The problem is my
computer instantly crashes every time I click on no matter what
sort of link. I can type an URL and visit the coresponding page,
but when I click on a link on that page, the computer freezes.
Same thing happens when I click on a local link, i.e. when I am in
Inbox, and I want to display a message after I have fetched my
mail.
I am using DR-DOS 7.03 and I have my HD compressed with
Stacker. Because of this reason I decided to put the "CACHE"
directory on a 3 MB RAM disk. The "MAIL" directory is still on the
compressed C: drive, The ammount of memory after starting Arachne
and downloading the Arachne homepage is "140+".
