Stub32

Hi.
I'm still trying to get Arachne running on my brother's Toshiba
laptop running Win98.
It won't work in DOS mode because neither Arachne nor I can access
the modem. Maybe it's a winmodem - hard to tell.
But I CAN access the modem with comtool in a DOS box.

Anyway, my current question is, where can I download stub32 ?
It doesn't seem to be on the download page. (Or I'm blind <g>)
