Here's something weird:
Whenever someone send to me a letter with a topic in hebrew, ofcourse,
I cant read it. But thats not what bothering me. its this:
=?iso-8859-1?B?4fLw6envOiDh8vDp6e86IFtpYW5pbWVdIE1lZXRpbmcgYWZ0ZXI=?=
This is how the topic looks like, but only in Arachne. In Pegasus
mailer for DOS, and Netscape 3.04g's mailer you get something that is
written in "greek" (that is, a bunch of incorrect international characters),
but in Arachne its always a line that looks like this.
How come?
