Florian,
Arachne never has supported the "?subject" stuff. I've learned to live
with it by using different "mailto:" addresses for different purposes.
For the B'FOR domain *all* mail comes to my primary e-mail account, but
it shows the address it was sent to so I have an idea what it's about
even without a subject shown.
