Good point, Luis. If there is sufficient upper memory epppd.exe WILL
load high and Arachne (using BOOTP) works perfectly that way.

Beware of not having sufficient UMBs, though. If there isn't enough
upper memory then Arachne will give the 3 Skulls and "PPP Failure"
without any explanation of what went wrong. Unfortunately epppd.exe
won't just load low instead and carry on.
