(Follow-up to various msgs re loading PPPD into upper memory)
Have discovered that PPPD (or variants such as EPPPD) work a bit
differently from other TSR's and device drivers that I've tried.
With most such programs, if you say "lh (program)" and there isn't enough
room to load it high, the pgm will just load into lower memory same as if
you had not included "lh".
But if you "lh pppd" and it does not have enough room, it just won't load.
To load it low, you have to omit the "lh".
