XPDF might be able to convert the file, but you will only get the text with
the Arachne plugin. If you download the whole package you should be able to
get the images out as well. XPDF homepage: http://www.foolabs.com/xpdf/ the
plugin is at the Arachne site.
Please note that you might need to have GUNZIP installed to be able to
convert some files.
