Ummm, maybe not. EPPPDs can look for the information
in more than one place. It doesn't need to be in PPPDRC.CFG (a file
I never have/use when dialing and loading EPPPD independently
of Arachne with a batch file.
If it works by being in Arachne.cfg then not sure why it needs to
be in PPPDRC.CFG, but it would be okay unless Arachne then
*needed* to find it there to work. If you use Connection Ready
then you wouldn't want it to be required in PPPDRC.CFG.
