I have a printer that is both PS _and_ HP PCL compatible - The QMS PS-410.
However, when I want to print web pages from Arachne, I do a "P"rint to .BMP,
then crank up NeoPaint to print it to the QMS in PCL mode. Works quite well,
for monochrome.
